My 2015 LaCrosse suddenly developed an electrical problem. Every conceivable warning message began flashing along with erratic DIC indications. After shutdown, car would not restart. Battery load-tested ok but not great. Seemed to be discharging unexplainably. I installed a new battery it did not resolve the electrical issues. I was able however to get the car started and drop it at Ganley Buick. Explained the problem and all issues to guy at Service desk (Tom). The mechanic(s) found dead short in right side detection sensor module caused by corrosion. Once that issue had been addressed, all of the electrical problems went away. I was satisfied and impressed with the communication between Service rep (Tom) at the customer desk, and the mechanic/service tech who actually did the work. That communication seems to be at least half the battle in finding and fixing problem(s). Also, although it took a few days until they were able to look at my car, diagnose and fix it, it was completed within the time they promised. Been almost a week now since I got the car back with no further issues/problems. Thank you for getting me and my Buick back on the road. It's just a waiting game now, to see what's next to be destroyed by Ohio winters, road salt and brine.
