I was thoroughly pleased with my services due to the great customer service of the staff they made me feel welcome gave correction joked and laugh and made me feel welcome as a guest. I’m so glad they took care of my car and even washed it again lol I was in and out within an hour.

Poor communication regarding the price breakdown of my repair. Excessive price gouge on labor with no return calls from the service department. They lost my warranty document. I likely will.move away from General Motors products and service as my request for support from corporate G.M.C. and the Ken Ganley Strongsville Service have been ignored.
