Quick and friendly service.

I visited Ganley to diagnose the cause of the engine light on my dashboard. The problem was correctly diagnosed, and arrangements were made for the needed repairs. I always rely on Ganley for the service needs of my Buick Cascada because I can consistently expect reliable and friendly service from their staff. I was disappointed, however, that the diagnostic fee couldn't be waived or credited toward the cost of the repair, even though I decided to have them do the work.

Always professional and quality work. I also was able to book my appointment last minute which was great.

The whole process was quick, easy and low stress. Bosko and Josh were really helpful and found exactly what I was looking for within a few days. The finance manager, Allie, took the time to explain everything and make me feel comfortable with the terms. I would highly recommend the team at Ken Ganley.

I was thoroughly pleased with my services due to the great customer service of the staff they made me feel welcome gave correction joked and laugh and made me feel welcome as a guest. I’m so glad they took care of my car and even washed it again lol I was in and out within an hour.
