The service manager, Mike, was very helpful in scheduling and explaining the repairs that were needed. Repairs were completed in the quoted time frame and cost.

People were courteous as always, took my truck in at the specified time and had me in and out on a Saturday. Can't ask for more than that.

Recharging freon to car AC unit was required. A thorough leak test was conducted prior to freon charging. Work was completed in a timely manner, and final cost was very reasonable.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my new 2026 GMC Terrain Denali from Ganley GMC Buick in Strongsville. Steve Lyons was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the differences—both the pros and cons—of each vehicle we were considering. He really listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and helped me find the one that was the best fit for my needs. At no point did I ever feel pressured to make a decision. Throughout the process, Steve was easy to talk to, answered all of my questions, and made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. The paperwork was straightforward and efficient, and during our test drive he thoroughly explained the vehicle’s features. After everything was finalized, he took the time to walk us through the technology again and made sure we felt confident and comfortable before leaving the dealership. Buying a car can sometimes feel stressful, but Steve made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. I highly recommend asking for him if you’re in the market for a new vehicle.
