I have been using your dealership for several years because your service department consistently provided excellent customer service and took care of both my vehicle and my needs. In the past, whenever I brought my vehicle in for service, everything I requested was completed correctly, and I left satisfied with the experience. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been very different. I have had to return multiple times because requested work was either incomplete or my service advisor did not follow the instructions I provided. On another occasion, I scheduled a service appointment and clearly identified the make and model of the vehicle. When I arrived, I was informed that the appointment had been made for my wife's vehicle instead. As a result, I had to wait even longer because the appropriate lift was unavailable. The recent staff changes have significantly affected my opinion of your dealership. It seems that the service advisors are no longer listening carefully to customers' concerns or requests. Instead of addressing issues directly, I often receive explanations that do not resolve the problem.

I've been dealing with Ganley (and formerly Pete Bauer) for many years. I've always been treated fairly and friendly. They go above and beyond to accommodate you. Once a decision is made, finance is efficient and thorough. The service department is also friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I've never had complaints and have referred others as well. Great job!

Very friendly salesman Tyler and the finance manager. I was in and. Out they gave me all the info I needed and I left with a car. Couldn't be happier with the service!
